My stay at Central Park Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore London, but I encountered significant issues at check-in and with room readiness. The staff's demeanor left something to be desired, but overall, the hotel offers decent value for the area.

Rooms
6.0
My room was lovely, but the windows didn't shut properly, which affected comfort. I had to switch rooms after a night due to no electricity, and while the new room had better facilities, it was an inconvenience.
Service
5.0
I found the service lacking, especially during check-in. One receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, which was frustrating. but I appreciated the effort of another staff member who stepped in to sort things out.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, just a short walk to Hyde Park and a variety of restaurants. Proximity to two tube stations made getting around extremely convenient, which I really appreciated.
Dining
6.0
While breakfast had great options, I found the juice served a bit lackluster. and it was not included with my booking, which was a disappointment. Still, the dining area was pleasant.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were a mix—housekeeping was reasonably good, but I noticed some issues, like the TV not working for days. Also, there were no luggage racks, making it tricky to manage bags.

5.2/10

I had a mixed experience at the Central Park Hotel during my recent stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy for me to explore London, but I found the lack of amenities and customer service to be lacking. While my room was clean and well-kept, some of the furnishings felt outdated. Overall, I would consider this hotel for a budget stay, but there were elements that could definitely be improved.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean and spacious, but the decor felt outdated and lacked air conditioning, making it quite warm.
Service
5.0
The staff was helpful, but I felt the overall friendliness could have been improved, especially at check-in.
Location
9.0
The location is perfectly situated for sightseeing, very close to multiple tube stations, making everything accessible.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast; it was self-service and included a decent selection, but I wished there were more fresh fruit options.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had basic facilities, which is fine for a budget stay, but some improvements, like better insulation, would help.

6.2/10

My stay at Central Park Hotel was a mixed experience. The excellent location made it easy to explore the city, especially with tube stations so close. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly at the reception where I faced rude staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although I encountered noise issues during my two nights.

Rooms
6.0
I found my room clean and spacious, but the sound insulation could be better. I could hear conversations from the next room. The furniture was basic, with some amenities lacking, such as extra hangers.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service didn't meet my expectations. The reception staff were unhelpful, and I felt my concerns were brushed off. More politeness and customer service training would go a long way.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing. Being just a few minutes' walk to Queensway tube station made getting around London a breeze. Plus, the nearby Hyde Park was a lovely bonus.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were limited. I expected more variety, like fresh fruits, and what was available felt quite basic. It could definitely be improved.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had decent facilities, but I found certain areas lacking. Housekeeping was at times slow to respond to requests, and I missed out on enjoying some of the amenities during my stay.

6.6/10

My stay at Central Park Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was perfect for sightseeing, the customer service was lacking, and the room conditions were not as expected. It was a struggle to get the assistance I needed from the staff, which left a sour note on my trip.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small, with almost no furniture and a broken thermostat that made it uncomfortably hot. To make things worse, I discovered stains on the mattress cover, and the bathroom situation was quite dire with a shower that couldn't keep the water in.
Service
5.0
The service from the front desk staff was disappointing. Instead of being helpful, I felt treated like a burden, and when I needed assistance booking a taxi, I received disrespectful responses that added to my frustration.
Location
5.0
One of the few positives was the hotel's location, which was ideal for exploring London. It was conveniently situated near Hyde Park and close to two Tube stations, making it easy to get around the city.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were lackluster, and while there were some continental choices, fresh fruits were surprisingly absent. I found the provided juice to be more of a diluted concentrate than anything fresh.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities overall felt dated, and I encountered issues like no air conditioning, which combined with nearby construction noise made for an uncomfortable stay. Housekeeping did their job, but it wasn't enough to redeem the experience.
